$500M Peoria Project Eyes Summer Start
A highly anticipated Peoria mixed-use project is expected to get going this summer. Steinhauer Properties is helming Stadium Point, a one-million-square-foot development. In the planning stages since 2019, the development will feature apartments, hospitality, retail, restaurants, and class-A office high-rises once it’s all done.
The Phoenix Business Journal reports it’s slated for multiple phases and will be constructed across 17 acres at the Peoria Sports Complex — the Spring Training facility for the Seattle Mariners and San Diego Padres — along 83rd Avenue and south of Bell Road.
The project will cost more than $510 million to build.
The first phase of Stadium Point will include site development and 357 multifamily units followed by a 220-room, full-service hotel in the second phase.
Following phases will comprise 645,000 square feet of office space across two buildings with 30,000-square-foot floor plates, 65,000 square feet of retail space and a 28,000-square-foot food hall.
Register today for Connect Phoenix Multifamily & Single-Family Build-to-Rent, scheduled for April 18 at the Westin Kierland Resort & Spa, Scottsdale, AZ.
