Denver Offices Making Way for Apartment Tower
McLaughlin Enterprises is looking to knock down an office building and construct a 12-story apartment building near I-25 in Denver. The site is at 2424 Alcott St. and is less than a mile from Empower Field at Mile High. Plans call for a 162-unit project at a cost of $95 million.
The estimated groundbreaking date is September 2025, with an estimated completion date of September 2027.
The property is currently home to a 9,100-square-foot office building from the 1970s, which would be demolished to make way for the new apartment building.
