Dodge Foundation Relocates HQ in NJ
The Geraldine R. Dodge Foundation (Dodge Foundation) has relocated its headquarters to 550 Broad St., an 18-story building owned by Fidelco Realty Group in Newark, NJ.
The non-profit organization committed to addressing structural racism and inequity in New Jersey will occupy 9,180 square feet on the building’s 10th floor. The move from its longtime home in Morristown is scheduled for this summer. Fidelco Realty Group’s 550 Broad St. offers nearly 300,000 square feet of office space with renovated lobby, flexible tenant amenity spaces, fitness center, café, and shared conference, event, and co-working space.
JLL’s Kelsey Nakamura arranged the lease on behalf of the Dodge Foundation, which joins a roster of not-for-profit tenants at 550 Broad St. that includes Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC); Big Brothers Big Sisters of Essex, Hudson & Union Counties; The Victoria Foundation, and The Wight Foundation. The landlord was represented by Jon Karnick, Assurance Realty Group.
