Northstar Announces New Promotions

Northstar, a real estate services firm specializing in project mxanagement, development management, and advisory services, has announced the promotions of Nicholas Dunn, Chris Guilmet, Jim Hogan, and Andy Touchette.  

Andy Touchette, now vice president, has 13+ years of senior-level project management, handling various projects, from private equity offices to life science developments. Touchette is also a Shareholder in the firm. Jim Hogan, now associate vice president, offers 13+ years of expertise in commercial building design and construction, contributing to projects like a 17-story mixed-use tower in Kendall Square.  

Chris Guilmet, promoted to senior project manager, leverages three years of design and seven years in construction, overseeing MEP installation for Sanofi’s 500,000-square-foot research facility. Nicholas Dunn, now project manager, brings over four years of experience, managing diverse projects, including a major financial services firm’s 65,000-square-foot corporate tenant improvement space.
