St. John Properties Buys MD Office for $8M  

St. John Properties has acquired 7750 Montpelier Road in Maple Lawn, Md., from the Maryland Institute of Integrative Health (MUIH) for $8.25 million. The sale includes a 32,488-square-foot, two-story office/education facility, and two additional undeveloped parcels of land totaling 5.96 usable acres.  

John Properties plans to develop multiple single-story office/flex buildings. MUIH has entered a short-term buyback lease that will provide income to St. John Properties while planning and construction are underway. 

KLNB represented the seller and procured the buyer with Abby Glassberg, Joe Friedman, Don Schline, and Joshua Norwitz.
