MCB’s Michael Trail Joins NAIOP MD Board 

Michael Trail, principal and CIO of MCB Real Estate, LLC, has been elected to the board of directors of NAIOP Maryland.  

NAIOP is a trade association representing the interests of the commercial real estate industry, and its Maryland chapter has over 400 members. Michael Trail oversees investment activities for MCB Real Estate, a Baltimore-based institutional investment management firm. MCB Real Estate has a nationwide portfolio of operating assets, including industrial, office, retail, mixed-use, multi-family, and life sciences properties. Trail has over 18 years of experience in business and commercial real estate. 

“It is important to have dedicated volunteers to help advance the activities underway by the chapter and recruit new talent to ensure the long-term viability of the organization. I am ready to join the conversation with fellow board members, lend my insights, and interact with other leaders to advance the extremely important short-term and long-term objectives of the organization,” said Trail.
