Athena Domain Planning 350-Unit SA Rental Community
Athena Domain is planning to knock down a former telecom office and build a 350-unit apartment in San Antonio. AT&T has owned the site since 1958.
The complex will spread out on 2.7 acres at 7159 San Pedro Ave., north of the city center. The San Antonio Business Journal reports the tract has an assessed value of $3.9 million.
Plans submitted to the city call for two 80-foot-high buildings, a four-story storage building and a six-story parking garage. The complex would also have a dog park and pool deck. The garage would consist of 480 parking spaces, while the developer has outlined 17 on-street parking spaces.
A construction timeline was not disclosed.
