BWE Expands VA Team With Three New SVPs 

BWE, a commercial and multifamily mortgage banking company, has expanded its Norfolk, Virginia team with three senior vice president loan originators: Rad Davenport, Gary Beck, and Victor Pickett.  

The new team members, along with Bill Watson as vice president, bring expertise in working with various capital sources, including agency lending, life companies, CMBS, banks, and credit unions. The team joined BWE from Grandbridge Real Estate Capital. BWE acquired Phillips Realty Capital in 2022.  

“We’re thrilled to have Rad, Gary, Bill, and Victor join our team in Norfolk. Their experience building strong relationships with clients and securing financing for all property types will help further expand our presence in the Mid-Atlantic market,” said Todd Harrop, BWE’s national director of conventional production.
