New Braunfels Apartments Set for March Move-In
A new multifamily apartment complex is nearly complete off Loop 337 at 1661 Independence Drive, New Braunfels. Construction is anticipated to be completed and move-in ready by mid-March. Village Green is managing the project.
The Devereaux will consist of 240 units in one four-story mid-rise apartment building serviced by three elevators.
Community Impact reports the units will vary in size from studios to three-bedroom apartments, but the majority (136 units) will be one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments (80 units). Rent ranges from $1,275-$2,300 per month. The total cost of the project is $ 51 million.
Amenities include:
- A resort-style swimming pool
- Fitness center
- Dog park
- Outdoor kitchen
- Grilling stations
In addition to fencing and controlled access gates, the Devereaux will offer various parking options, including carports and garages, totaling 408 spaces.
