Boston RE Investor Synergy Hires New SVP
Synergy, a real estate investor, operator, and manager based in Boston, has appointed Patrick DiGregorio as SVP of property management. With over 30 years of experience, DiGregorio will oversee operational objectives for the Property Management and Building Engineering teams at Synergy.
In his previous role as vice president of Property Management at Nordblom, DiGregorio was directly involved in the redevelopment, repositioning, and leasing of properties, including Hood Park in Charlestown, MA, as well as the headquarters redevelopment projects for The Boston Globe and Providence Journal. His experience includes overseeing daily operations, leasing, long-term capital planning and budgeting, and redevelopment.
