Chicago-Based Daniel Management Group Enters Indiana Market

Daniel Management Group (DMG), a Chicago-based multifamily property management company, has entered the Indiana market with the addition of the River Rock Apartments in Mishawaka. DMG will provide property management for the 88-unit community located at 116 W Mishawaka Avenue.

“DMG is excited to start 2024 with more growth, this time into Indiana,” said Roger Daniel, President and founder of DMG. “River Rock Apartments are beautiful and deliver what today’s resident is pursuing:  high-end finishes, comfortable floorplans and luxury onsite amenities.”  

The River Rock Apartments have resort-style amenities including a fitness center, billiards room, business center and a conference room. The property also includes an outdoor space with a courtyard, BBQ grills, firepits and a picnic area.  

River Rock Apartments is also conveniently located in Downtown Mishawaka with close proximity to shopping, dining, and entertainment. The property is situated near large employers including the University of Notre Dame and several local hospital centers.
