RXR Names Scott Crowe CSO, Head of Equity Capital Markets 

Scott Crowe has joined RXR as executive vice president, chief strategy officer, and head of equity capital markets. Crowe will lead the expansion of RXR’s investment management platform and work on strategic initiatives.  

“The addition of Scott to our team is well-timed with the ongoing evolution of our business and expansion,” said Scott Rechler, Chairman and CEO of RXR. “At this pivotal time in the real estate industry, we believe that RXR offers an attractive value proposition built upon our operational excellence and cycle-tested investment acumen.” 

Prior to RXR, Crowe was the president, chief investment strategist at CenterSquare, and firm-wide Investment Committee member across Private Real Estate Equity, Credit, Strategic Capital and Global REIT strategies, in addition to leading the Capital Markets team. His experience  also includes CIO of Liquid Alternatives at Resource Real Estate, global portfolio manager at Cohen & Steers and head of Global Real Estate Research with UBS.
