A.W. Perry Signs New Leases at Lynnway Park
Boston-based real estate investment and services firm A.W. Perry has achieved development milestones at Lynnway Park, a 250,000-square-foot industrial facility in Lynn, MA.
The former West Lynn Creamery and Garelick Farms processing plant, now rebranded as Lynnway Park, has been upgraded to accommodate various uses, including warehouse, manufacturing, food processing, flex, office, and lab. The development team is marketing 40,000 square feet of warehouse that can be subdivided into 20,000 square feet spaces. There are other opportunities for flex office and manufacturing/makers space on the second floor. Leasing is being handled by Scott Gredler and Jim Murphy of Cushman and Wakefield.
Recent leases include Global Protection Corporation, Wash Cycle Laundry, and Sky Chefs. Lynnway Park is included in the City of Lynn’s Waterfront Master Plan, and a 33-acre waterfront park and recreation center, Lynn Harbor Park, is being built adjacent to Lynnway Park.
