WinnCos Promotes Three to VP
WinnCompanies, a national owner, developer, and manager of apartment communities, has announced the promotion of three team members to vice president roles.
Michael Milko, overseeing the management operations of over 40 properties in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic, has been promoted to executive vice president for WinnResidential. Christina McPike, who has led over $60 million worth of energy efficiency and decarbonization upgrades, is now vice president of Energy & Sustainability. Ramie Schneider, leading mixed-income new construction projects in New England, has been promoted to associate vice president for WinnDevelopment.
