Ben Plaisted, Greg Scheipers Join CBRE DC Office
CBRE has expanded its advisory and transaction services group in Washington, D.C., with the addition of executive vice president Ben Plaisted and senior vice president Greg Scheipers. The duo, who previously worked at Savills, will focus on advising occupier clients in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area and globally.
With over 20 years of experience, Plaisted has received the 2019 regional Transaction of the Year under 75,000 square feet from CREBA. As co-regional manager of the Savills D.C. office, he led the firm’s advisory and business development efforts throughout the Greater Washington area, co-managing a team of over 60 brokers in the region.
Scheipers, with a 15-year career in commercial real estate, has completed over 1.5 million square feet of transactions. He joined Savills in 2011, starting as an associate director before earning several promotions and reaching the title of executive managing director.
