193-room Trilith Guesthouse ot open in Fayetteville

Film-Campus Hotel Opens in Fayetteville

Called Trilith Guesthouse, the 193-room hotel is in the mixed-use project next to the Trilith film campus in Fayette County.

The Atlanta Business Chronicle reports the hotel will cater to film and other creative workers and has 36 suites for extended stays, including four private one-bedroom apartments. The hotel is part of the Tribute Portfolio, a boutique hotel brand from Marriott International Inc. It was developed by Development Ventures Group Inc., Mainsail Lodging & Development and Trilith Development. Mainsail will manage the property. Room rates start around $200 per night.

The hotel is also near the future headquarters and training center of the U.S. Soccer Federation, which announced in December it picked Trilith for its 200-acre facility.

An entertainment complex called Trilith Live is also under construction within walking distance of the hotel, which aims to bring more visitors to Fayetteville.
