Three Retail Tenants Renew Downtown Leases with Durst
The Durst Organization has renewed leases for three retail tenants at Historic Front Street in Lower Manhattan. The Dermatology Specialists and Il Brigante secured 10-year renewals, while SUteiShi, a family-owned Japanese restaurant, also signed a 10-year renewal for its space.
Historic Front Street, a restoration project by The Durst Organization, consists of 11 landmarked buildings and three modern buildings, offering 95 residential rental units and 14 street-level retail stores.
“Historic Front Street draws visitors from all over the world. We’re extremely pleased that these tenants will continue to benefit from the dynamic and thriving community of residents, tourists, and workers in Lower Manhattan,” said Jody Durst, president of The Durst Organization.
