L&L Appoints Jonathan Tootell EVP of Leasing
L&L Holding Company has named Jonathan Tootell as executive vice president of Leasing, overseeing the leasing efforts across the firm’s eight-million-square-foot portfolio in Manhattan.
Tootell brings two decades of experience in New York commercial leasing, having worked with leading brokerage firms on various project types. In his new role, he will manage leasing for L&L’s diverse portfolio, including properties like 425 Park Avenue and 195 Broadway. Tootell will also collaborate on ongoing mixed-use development projects, such as the transformation of Terminal Warehouse in West Chelsea and The Wynwood Plaza in Miami’s Wynwood Arts District.
