Sares Regis Launches Sales at Belmont Townhome Development
Regis Homes Bay Area, LLC, a division of Sares Regis Group of Northern California, launched sales for Village Walk, a collection of 15 new Craftsmen-style townhomes in Belmont. The project is located within the Belmont Redwood Shores School District.
“This exciting new townhome community in the center of downtown Belmont, a short walk to Caltrain and one mile from downtown San Carlos, will help meet the robust housing demand on the Peninsula,” said Jeff Smith, director of development for Regis Homes. “Our goal is always to add value to the community, and Village Walk will enhance Belmont’s physical, recreational, and economic landscape.”
BDE Architects designed the three- and four-bedroom townhomes, ranging in size from 1,600 to 2,200 square feet, each with a private, attached garage. The new homes will be priced starting from $1.695 million.
