Chartwell Hospitality and Rockbridge Capital are partnering to develop a nine-story Hilton Hotel at the Nashville International Airport. Chartwell expects to spend up to $95 million on the hotel.
The Hilton BNA Nashville Airport Terminal will offer 298 rooms, including doubles, kings and seven suites. The hotel will feature a contemporary restaurant, Aviators. It will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner on the main floor. The lobby area also includes a music lounge with a bar, grand piano and coffee shop.
Other features include an expansive rooftop that offers a pool, fire pit and a sky bar with views of the airport and downtown Nashville. The meeting and event spaces will total 16,500 square feet, including an 8,000-square-foot ballroom and event space.
A five-story garage to be used by guests and airport passengers will cost $82 million and be paid for by the Metro Nashville Airport Authority. The hotel is set to open on Feb. 20.
