Realterm Buys Truck Terminal in Nanuet 

Realterm has acquired 80 W Nyack Road, a 32-door truck terminal in Nanuet, NY.  

The property, located on five acres, provides access to I-287 and facilitates reach into the broader New Jersey market, Rockland County, and Westchester County via the Tappan Zee Bridge.  

“This property has differentiated loading capability and excess parking that enable users to move goods rapidly through the supply chain,” said Nick Dupuis, Acquisitions Associate at Realterm. “We are focused on continuing to execute new investments for differentiated industrial outdoor storage/truck terminal assets in top markets across the country.”
