Kamack Associates Sells NJ Retail Property 

Kamack Associates has sold River Edge Town Mall, a retail property located at 625 Kinderkamack Road in River Edge, NJ. The 21,537-square-foot property was sold for $3.16 million. 

The Cushman & Wakefield team, including Andy Schwartz, Jordan Sobel, Andre Balthazard, and Dan Bottiglieri, represented the seller and assisted in securing the buyer for the transaction.  

“Boasting a strategic location in Bergen County, with excellent accessibility and an e-commerce resilient tenant mix, this value-add property offers a lucrative investment opportunity in a high-income, densely populated area,” said Sobel.
