JLL Hires Kirsten Grado as Part of San Jose Expansion

JLL has hired Kirsten Grado, a commercial real estate veteran with decades of experience in leasing, capital markets and leadership, as its newest managing director to bolster JLL’s Silicon Valley office and help lead expansion into the South Bay. The company plans to open a new South Bay office in 2024’s first half.

Building a career almost entirely in Silicon Valley, Grado spent the past six years with CBRE San Jose as managing director and sales director. She first joined CBRE in 2007 on the capital markets team serving Northern California. Previously, she was SVP and principal at CPS, Commercial Property Services since 1995.

“Kirsten’s depth of experience and unparalleled relationships across the real estate industry are an invaluable addition to our team,” said Bart Lammersen, JLL executive managing director. “We could not be more excited about adding Kirsten to our team to help drive continued growth in the region.”
