Launch Entertainment Signs 31K SF in NJ 

Launch Entertainment has secured a 31,842 square feet retail lease at 260 Bergen Turnpike in Little Ferry, NJ. The space is part of a 155,444 square feet grocery-anchored shopping center, and Launch will occupy HMart’s former location.  

Located on Bergen Turnpike, the shopping center offers nearly 1,000 feet of frontage. The lease transaction was negotiated by CBRE’s Marta Villa on behalf of the ownership, Bergen Ferry Associates LP. Brian Wherty of Equity Retail Brokers acted on behalf of Launch. 

“The retail space at 260 Bergen Turnpike was ideal for Launch,” said Villa. “The entertainment company, recognized the physical attributes of the space met the demands of the growing trampoline and family entertainment center.”
