Norwalk MF Development Site Sold for $12M 

Norwalk Hospital has sold 370 West Avenue, a 2.34-acre development site in Norwalk, Connecticut. The former YMCA site was acquired by RMS Companies for $12.2 million.  

Located at the crossroads of Interstate 95 and Route 7, the property is situated within Norwalk’s CBD Zone and one of the city’s Opportunity Zones. RMS Companies plans to construct a six-story, 204-unit apartment building with ground-floor restaurant space.  

Cushman & Wakefield’s Al Mirin, Kate Schwartz, Matthew Torrance, Jim Fagan, Gerry Lees and Maureen O’Boyle represented the seller.
