Accounting Firm MTL Signs Long-term Lease in NJ
JLL has facilitated a long-term, 22,000-square-foot lease for accounting and consulting firm MTL (Meisel Tuteur and Lewis) at 105 Eisenhower Pkwy in Roseland, New Jersey. The firm is relocating from 101 Eisenhower Pkwy to the fully built-out space on the second floor of the four-story property within the Eisenhower Corporate Park.
The property recently underwent repositioning including enhancements to the lobby, common areas, outdoor spaces, landscaping, signage, and parking. MTL was represented by JLL’s David Stifelman and Tim Greiner, while ownership was represented by Newmark’s Jeff Kolodkin.
