Terrene Property Group Breaks Ground on Woodinville MF Complex

Terrene Property Group, a real estate developer, owner, operator and management company based in Bellevue, Washington, started construction on a residential project in Woodinville. The groundbreaking marks the start of the large development which will feature 45 high-end duplex homes.

The community will be called Vineyard Creek, and the upscale plans range from 2,000 to 2,500 square feet, with three to five bedrooms. The project will be part of the $700 million Harvest mixed-use community under development by a group that includes Jim Tosti of Windward Real Estate Services and Dave Hutchinson of Ketchum, Idaho-based VP Cos., according to the Puget Sound Business Journal.

The anchor project is the Somm, a hotel and spa that’s part of the Marriott Autograph Collection, which Seattle-based Columbia Hospitality will manage. The entire Vineyard Creek project is scheduled to be finished by the end of 2025. Terrene Property Group secured a $46 million construction loan through Sound Capital.
