Pearl Affordable Project Ready this Spring
A joint venture between Lynd Living and Opportunity Home are shooting for April as the move-in date for a 261-unit affordable housing development in the Pearl area of San Antonio.
The San Antonio Business Journal reports The Josephine, at 120 W. Josephine St. secured a $53 million loan from Madison Realty Capital for the construction costs.
Half the units will be offered at 80% of the area median income. Amenities include a rooftop bar, a pool, workout classes with an on-site trainer and other programming.
Austin-based Davies Collaborative is the architect. Bartlett Cocke General Contractors has been building the project.
