13th Floor Homes is making its first move into single-family build-to-rent by constructing two new townhome properties in Port St. Lucie, Florida. The company has two for-sale communities underway in South Florida.
Pre-leasing has begun at Villas of Torino, with Tredici at Central Park set to follow early this year.
The 126 townhomes at Villas of Torino will range from three to four bedrooms in size, with the first units expected to open this spring. Each home will include two-car garages, private backyards and modern-style floor plans. A pool and cabanas will be available on site. Tredici at Central Park will be a gated, 220-townhome development located inside the 18-acre Central Park master-planned community. Residents will have access to Central Park’s 10-acre amenity campus. Houses will range from three to four bedrooms, with the first units delivering this summer.
