Colliers Tapped to Lease, Manage DTLA’s Aon Center

Colliers was awarded the exclusive leasing and property management assignment for Aon Center, a 1.1-million-square-foot office tower at 707 Wilshire Blvd. in downtown Los Angeles. Carolwood LP retained Colliers following its acquisition of the 62-story skyscraper last month, which set a 2023 record for DTLA office sales.

Vice chair Matthew Heyn and EVP Ian M. Gilbert will lead the marketing efforts. Kevin Rude, regional managing director, West Coast, and Tina Minook, regional managing director, California, will oversee the tower’s property management.

“Adding this iconic tower to our leasing and management portfolio of skyline assets underscores our continued growth in Los Angeles,” said Jodie Poirier, executive managing director of Colliers Greater Los Angeles. “Our collaborative and fully integrated advisory approach allows us to provide comprehensive solutions to drive value for our investor clients.”

When the sale was completed just before Christmas, Colliers’ Sean Fulp said the deal “exemplifies the flow of private capital into Los Angeles, seizing the opportunity created by market dislocation.”
