Lennar Group Sells Denver Apartments for $57M

A subsidiary of homebuilder Lennar (Quarterra), sold a five-story apartment complex in the Denver suburb of Baker for $57 million. For the 171-unit development, that comes out to $333,333 a unit. Green Leaf Capital Partners purchased the apartments and renamed the project Green Leaf Jayne. In addition to Green Leaf Jayne, Green Leaf Capital Partners lists another apartment in Glenwood Springs. The real estate firm currently owns properties throughout the Far West.

Most units are studios and one-bedroom apartments, with seven two-bedroom units. Amenities include a fitness center, pool, dog spa, study lounge and more.

Quarterra purchased the property in 2019 for $9 million and the apartments were built by the same group in 2021.
