2nd Trinity River Apartment Project Greenlighted
Columbus Realty Partners Ltd. is planning 394 apartments at 110 Continental Ave. as the second phase of the Margaret at Riverfront near the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge. Columbus Realty is wrapping up construction of the 535-unit first phase of the Margaret and is now leasing some units. According to Apartments.com, rent for the first phase ranges from $1,281 to $3,333 for studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments ranging from 323 to 1,392 square feet. Columbus Realty started construction of The Margaret in early 2022.
The Dallas Business Journal reports the site is just south of the Design District, which has evolved from a showroom and warehouse hub to include upscale restaurants, offices and retailers.
Construction on the second phase will start in April and wrap up on Jan. 1, 2026. The project is estimated to cost $75 million. GFF is listed as the design firm.
The development firm was founded by former Dallas Cowboys offensive lineman Robert Shaw and quarterback Roger Staubach.
