Law Firm Adler & Stachenfeld Announces New Partners 

Adler & Stachenfeld LLP has elected Jonathan E. Rothstein and Matthew P. Carpinello as new partners, effective January 1, 2024. Rothstein joins the Joint Venture Practice Group, mentored by Christopher Gorman and Kim Le, while Carpinello steps into the Finance Practice Group, under Ilya Leyvi’s leadership. 

Rothstein specializes in corporate real estate transactions, handling joint ventures for private equity funds, developers, and investors, facilitating deals valued at over $2 billion and orchestrating programmatic ventures exceeding $550 million. Carpinello focuses on representing real estate funds and financial institutions in structuring loans and investments, managing deals worth billions, including a significant $388 million mortgage and mezzanine loan for a luxury condo development.
