KSR Recaps 1410 Broadway with New 62K-SF Lease
KSR Capital has completed the recapitalization of 1410 Broadway, a 395,000-square-foot Class A office building in Midtown West, finalizing a 62,500-square-foot lease to a local design, marketing, and distribution firm.
Under L.H. Charney Associates, 1410 Broadway underwent extensive renovations, securing over 16,000 square feet in new leases in Q4 2023, boosting occupancy to over 90%.
“We are very excited to welcome our newest tenant to the reimagined property. As owners we took the strategic step of terminating a lease with a large co-working firm prior to their filing for Bankruptcy and transformed the asset with a well-capitalized, credit worthy tenant,” said Joseph N. Giannola at L.H. Charney Associates. “As part of the overall transaction, we restructured and extended our loan with the existing lenders further illustrating capital markets willingness to work with well capitalized, proven operators,” L.H. Charney was represented in-house.
