New Katy Apartments Part of Larger Katy Development
The Oak at Katy Park, a luxury, multifamily community, broke ground as part of a 54-acre master-planned development called The Market at Katy Park in early December.
Located at 24720 Morton Ranch Road, The Oak at Katy Park is scheduled to be completed in mid-2025. Wayfinder Real Estate and Read King Commercial Real Estate are the developers for the space.
The larger, mixed-use development in which the 348-unit apartment community is located will be anchored by a 120,000-square-foot H-E-B grocery store.
Amenities at the 348-unit community include:
- A resort-style pool,
- A pickleball court,
- Co-working space,
- A sauna,
- Outdoor kitchens and grilling areas, and
- A fitness center.
