Origin Investments Announces Availability of Funds on iCapital Marketplace

Chicago-based Origin Investments, a multifamily real estate fund manager, recently launched its IncomePlus Fund and made its Strategic Credit Fund available on the iCapital Marketplace. Origin’s affiliated investment adviser, Origin Credit Advisers, has also made the Strategic Credit Fund available on iCapital Marketplace.

The IncomePlus Fund aims to provide moderate-risk investors with tax-efficient income and long-term capital appreciation through acquiring, operating, and financing multifamily properties in the Southwest and Southeast United States. The Strategic Credit Fund seeks to offer consistent risk-adjusted income and capital protection by investing in securitized debt products backed by multifamily housing assets.

This partnership with iCapital will enhance the accessibility of Origin’s real estate solutions to more registered investment advisors. Using iCapital’s digital investment platform, both funds will benefit from streamlined and automated processes, including subscriptions, capital calls, and reporting. The iCapital Marketplace aims to bridge the gap between asset managers, advisors, and clients in alternative investments.
