Nolita Mixed-Use Building Trades for $8M 

200 Mott Street, a seven-story mixed-use building situated in Nolita has been sold for $7.6 million. The names of the buyer and seller were not disclosed.   

Spanning 14,000 square feet, the property comprises 26 apartments alongside a retail space housing the Italian restaurant Epistrophy.  

JLL arranged the deal with a team led by Hall Oster, Guthrie Garvin, Teddy Galligan, Conrad Martin, Braedon Gait and Bradford Burton.
