Chelsea Office Building Adds Three Leases 

GFP Real Estate secured three leases totaling 11,313 square feet at 322 Eighth Ave. J Squared Group Ltd leased 5,350 square feet on the 9th floor for seven years. Relocated from 37 West 57th St. Yossi Capland of Compass represented the tenant. 

Woodworks Construction Co. extended its 3,825 square feet lease on the seventh floor. Allen Gurevich of GFP Real Estate represented the tenant. Yasubee Midtown LLC signed a 15-year lease for 2,138 sq ft of ground floor and mezzanine-level retail space. Shai Baradarian of eRealty Advisors USA represented the tenant. Allen Gurevich of GFP Real Estate, along with Andrew Taub and Benjamin Birnbaum of Newmark, represented the landlord. 

322 Eighth Ave is a 1925 neo-gothic style building in Chelsea, underwent recent renovations, including a revamped lobby with amenities.
