Friedman Real Estate Sells 75K SF Indiana Retail Center

Friedman Real Estate’s Josh Miller and Bruce Morrison recently sold Wabash Landing, a 75,399-square-foot retail center located at 300 and 316 East State Street in West Lafayette, Indiana. Friedman represented the seller in the transaction.

The Wabash Landing shopping center is conveniently located off Interstate 65. The property was built in 2020 and is situated near Lafayette’s Central Business District. The shopping center is across from Purdue University, and it is surrounded by various retail, restaurant, and entertainment options.

Based in Farmington Hills, Michigan, Friedman Real Estate is a commercial real estate company that provides advisory, property management, brokerage, and construction services.
