Marcus & Millichap Brokers Sale of Gas Station in MO

Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of an absolute triple-net lease Kum & Go, a 5,118-square foot net-leased property located in Sarcoxie, Missouri. The asset went under contract to close in 52 days and sold all cash for $2. 4 million.

Senior Managing Directors Austin Weisenbeck and Sean Sharko, along with Senior Associate Timothy Nichols, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The team also secured and represented the buyer, an out-of-state private investor. David Saverin, regional manager and Broker of Record of Missouri, assisted in closing the transaction.

The Kum & Go is located at 2577 High Street, off Interstate 44. The triple-net lease offers annual rental increases and a corporate guarantee. It is an established store that has been in business at this location for 16 years.
