All Star Sports Buys Leominster Warehouse for $5M 

Ampac Enterprises, also known as All Star Sports, has acquired 27 Nashua Street in Leominster, MA, for $5 million.  

Positioned across from the North Leominster Commuter Rail and municipal garage, the property spans 95,000 square feet, serving as a warehouse and manufacturing facility on 5.7 acres.

Alan Ringuette of The Stubblebine Company facilitated the deal with Tuomo Peltokangas from Commonwealth Property Associates representing the seller.
