The Promenade Bolingbrook Adds New Retailers, Restaurants

The Promenade Bolingbrook will welcome several new tenants as well as expand space for several existing tenants. The open-air retail and entertainment destination announced new and expanded locations of five new retailers, restaurants, and entertainment centers, including two immersive kid-play spaces, a Brazilian steakhouse and a streetwear retailer.

New tenants include Kids Empire, an 11,000-square-foot children’s entertainment and activity center space, and Bullvino’s, a full-service Brazilian steakhouse that will occupy 8,300 square feet. Show retailed ChiCity Soles recently opened a 2,000-square-foot space in the promenade.

The tenants that plan to expand are FunFlatables, an interactive children’s environment, and Mago Grill & Cantina, a Latin-Mexican restaurant. Both have expanded and relocated within the shopping center, and they will now occupy 6,500 square feet and 7,000 square feet, respectively.
