Vaco Inks New Lease at The Graybar Building in Midtown 

Vaco has secured a 10-year lease with SL Green Realty for a 6,606-square-foot space on the 16th floor of 420 Lexington Avenue, also known as the Graybar Building.  

The building, spanning 1.5 million square feet, offers amenities including a dedicated conference center, Graybar19, and a 29,000-square-foot Equinox fitness club.  

Vaco was represented by Greg Taubin and Brian Scharfman of Savills, while Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, with Harry Blair, Tara Stacom, Bianca Mauro, and Caroline Collins on the team.
