Davis Appoints New SVP of Asset Management
The Davis Companies has hired Jon Needham as senior VP of asset management for their Science and Technology division. Needham will manage science and tech real estate assets, fostering growth in advanced R&D and life sciences.
He brings a decade of national real estate experience, particularly in life sciences and R&D. Previously with BentallGreenOak, Needham significantly contributed to a 3 million SF lab R&D and cGMP portfolio while shaping BGO’s national life sciences strategy.
