Port Chester Retail Center Adds Two Tenants

Simone Development Companies has leased all available space at the Post Road Plaza in Port Chester, NY, securing two new tenants. Mercadito Farm, a farmer’s market leased 3,485 square feet for the long term. Additionally, H&R Block, a tax preparation company, secured a 1,000-square-foot space.

The retail center is undergoing parking lot upgrades, and recently completed renovations including new pylon signage. Alongside anchor LA Fitness, the plaza hosts tenants like European Wax Center, Mattress Firm, Domino’s Pizza, and others.

“We are very pleased to have fully leased this 63,000-square foot retail center with a mix of service retail, national chains, and local businesses. Its close proximity to major highways and abundant free parking makes this an attractive location for today’s leading retailers,” said Joanna Simone, Principal & President of Leasing and Property Management Operations for Simone Development Companies. Scott Meshil and Karnit Mosberg of Royal Properties, Inc., represented Simone in finalizing these deals.
