Lee IL Renews Lease for Freight, Logistics Company

Lee & Associates, a national commercial real estate provider, negotiated a lease renewal for 106,100 square feet located at 2551-2561 Allan Drive, Elk Grove Village, a Chicago suburb.

Kenneth Franzese and John Cassidy, Principals at Lee & Associates, represented the tenant, Logisteed America, Inc., a provider of transportation and logistics services, including air freight transport, ocean freight transport and customs brokerage. Jonathan Kohn and Chris Volkert of Colliers represented the landlord, LaSalle Investment Management.

Logisteed also provides contract logistics, special projects, and supply chain management services. The property, acquired by LaSalle Investment Management for $17.8 million in 2015, features 24-foot clear heights and offers convenient access to interstates 290 and 90. The site is located roughly 11 miles from O’Hare International Airport, and 36 miles from downtown Chicago and Chicago Midway International Airport.
