The first 49 units are ready for tenants at RISE Bartram Park, a 297-unit multifamily development in Jacksonville. The $60 million project is being developed by a team made up of Origin Investments and RISE.

Upon its completion in March, the 281,000-square-foot development will include one, two and three-bedroom units consisting of seven total buildings with three, four-story apartment buildings including a community clubhouse.

Amenities include two resort-style swimming pools, a bar, cabana, grilling stations, and a sprawling, manicured lawn. The clubhouse includes a test kitchen and fireplace. Additional amenities include a 24-hour fitness center, secure package delivery, pet park and spa, yoga room and flexible workstations.

Development partners include RISE General Contractors, Charlan Brock Architects and engineering firm ETM. It’s the seventh development in Florida for RISE.
