LIC’s Rental Building Sven Adds New Retailers 

The Durst Organization has unveiled new additions to Long Island City’s Sven, a 71-story residential building. Pueblo Querido Coffee Roasters has signed a 1,912-square-foot lease. ACA Acupuncture and Wellness, a TCM practice, will occupy 1,803 square feet. 

“Residents at Sven have the best of New York at their fingertips, and now they’ll have some of the best coffee right at their doorstep and easy access to health and wellness treatments,” said Jody Durst, president of The Durst Organization.  

Sven stands as Queens’ second tallest tower with amenities including an outdoor pool and fitness center. The lease deals were facilitated by Lee & Associates’ Richard Kave, Brad Schwarz, and JP Sutro.
