NYC’s Largest Office-to-Resi Conversion Launches Leasing 

Vanbarton Group unveils Pearl House in NYC’s Seaport district, the city’s largest office-to-residential conversion with an acre of private amenities and rentals. 

“Pearl House is a testament to our commitment to innovation and community.” Joey Chilelli, managing director of Vanbarton Group. “As the largest office-to-residential conversion in New York City, it showcases our dedication to preserving existing architecture while providing residents with an unparalleled living experience.” 

Pearl House offers studios, one, and two-bedroom residences with high ceilings. Its three-floor amenities include lounges, a Technogym, spa, pet salon, and SkyHOUSE features a Player’s Lounge with a Sports Book room, a Sky Bar and a chef’s kitchen. Compass serves as the exclusive leasing partner, offering units ranging from $3,500 to $10,000 for penthouses. The project will deliver 200 units by December 1st.
