CBRE Arranges Over 275K-SF Office Leases in Plaza District
CBRE recently finalized five new office leases totaling 103,566 square feet at 40 West 57th Street in the Plaza District.
Deals include Duquesne Capital Management’s full-floor renewal and expansion to the 25th floor, Silverpeak Real Estate Partners securing the entire 29th floor, and Access Industries committing to the 28th floor for long-term operations. Eisner LLP acquired 20,750 square feet on the 20th floor to expand its NYC operations, while Dealpath, an AI-based real estate investment platform, secured 7,816 square feet for its new headquarters.
The CBRE team of Howard Fiddle, Gregg Rothkin, Benjamin Joseph, Evan Fiddle and Arkady Smolyansky spearhead the office leasing at 40 West 57th Street on behalf of LeFrak. “40 West 57th Street is without a doubt one of the highest quality office buildings in the Plaza District,” said Howard Fiddle. Recent enhancements include an amenity lounge and terrace, with plans underway for a lobby renovation in the 712,000-square feet tower developed by Samuel J. LeFrak in 1972.
